The WGC Grant Committee was working hard the first quarter of 2022 designing our processes and procedures along with our grant criteria for our grant program.
Our Grant Committee had a meeting with our entire membership in April to present the top contenders for grants. The membership was asked to rank them and vote and ballots were completed in May.
We were grateful to award $26,775 our first year due to the generosity of our membership, along with an additional donation received from a local trust. Those who received funding were:
College of Southern Idaho Refugee Program, the Children’s Museum of the Magic Valley, Mustard Seed Ministries, Rising Stars Therapeutic Riding Center, Twin Falls School District Education Foundation, Wellness Tree Community Clinic, and Gemstone Adaptive Climbing
