Grant Application for Funding Deadline: Applications must be postmarked by March 1st

The WGC supports these key 5 areas:

  • Education and Children’s programming
  • Culture and the Arts
  • Environment and Recreation
  • Health and Human Services
    (not supported through government funding)
  • Civic and Community Improvements

Grant application window closes 
March-April
Grant committee reviews applications

To ensure they align with Idaho Community Foundation and Women's Giving Connection guidelines; Grant committee casts a preliminary vote using our WGC rubric to identify our nonprofit finalists 

May
WGC Membership

Casts individual votes using our WGC rubric and criteria to determine grant finalists

June
WGC Membership votes are tallied

Nonprofit grant recipients are identified and invited to an award celebration

July and August
Idaho Community Foundation

Issues grant winnings directly to the awarded nonprofits
